You can create your own page and post pictures of your changing body, updates of how you feel, and then pictures of the baby when he/she arrives. Not only can you discuss your pregnancy with other women going through the same things as you, but there are tons of open topics (breastfeeding, cost of a newborn, circumcision, etc) that you can browse through. This website saved my sanity during my pregnancy!
