I swear by www.babycenter.com. Register your due date into the Pregnancy Calendar and it will give you personalized pregnancy updates by week. This website also has a great Bulletin Board Community for pregnancy and parenting. I'm a big fan of the birth clubs by month. Good Luck!

Webmd.com is a very good site! Hope I helped.

I went to http://www.i-am-pregnant.com almost every day of my pregnancy. You can create your own page and post pictures of your changing body, updates of how you feel, and then pictures of the baby when he/she arrives. Not only can you discuss your pregnancy with other women going through the same things as you, but there are tons of open topics (breastfeeding, cost of a newborn, circumcision, etc) that you can browse through. This website saved my sanity during my pregnancy!
